Subordinate to Henan Houyi Enterprise Group, Henan Houyi Industrial Group was established in 2004 as a GMP-certified veterinary medicine production base in the Zhengzhou Airport Area, with an investment of RMB 100 million. The company is located on the east side of Xingang Road in the Zhengzhou Airport Area, covering an area of over 140 mu. It offers a wide range of products, including 9 dosage forms such as Chinese medicine powder, Western medicine powder, granules, tablets, powder injections, water injections, oral liquids, liquid disinfectants, and solid disinfectants. The company operates 11 GMP production lines, covering more than 200 product varieties. Today, it stands as a comprehensive veterinary medicine manufacturer integrating research & development, production, sales, and services.
Commitment to Scientific Research
The company places a strong emphasis on scientific research. Leveraging its existing technology and resources, it has undertaken more than 20 provincial and municipal-level research projects in recent years. These include the development of sheep placenta transfer factor injection, florfenicol water-soluble formulation, targeted microsphere florfenicol injection, and industrialization of porcine γ-interferon. Furthermore, several of the company's products have been recognized by the Henan Provincial Department of Science & Technology as high-tech products, such as veterinary norfloxacin hydrochloride sustained-release microcapsules, veterinary Qingwen Baidu powder, sustained-release florfenicol injection, and controlled-release florfenicol soluble powder. The veterinary Qingwen Baidu powder was also awarded the title of High-Quality Product of Henan Province.
In terms of intellectual property, the company has filed 71 national patents, including 52 invention patents, one utility model patent, and 16 design patents. Among these, 3 invention patents, one utility model, and 16 design patents have been granted by the state. In 2010, the company was recognized as an Enterprise with Intellectual Property Advantages by Zhengzhou.
